Please note, we may limit the number of registrants per shift based on the number of volunteers we have on hand to help with registration that day.
Applicants will only be taken from the listed zip codes on assigned days. If you miss the date of your zip code please call 615 242 0411 and we will try to accommodate on another date if possible. If you miss these sign ups please call 211 for information on who will be serving your areas this Christmas Season.
Children age 0-14yrs, including newborns due before Jan.1 2018 and seniors 65+. Children cannot turn 15 years of age in the 2018 calendar year.
What you must bring to registration to apply:
A valid form of photo ID for applicant (i.e., US Driver’s License, US Passport, State ID, School ID, Green Card, etc.)
Proof of residence (utility bill, lease). Must be within the last month before registering.
Official documentation of age for all children to be registered. (Birth Certificates, Insurance Cards, Green Cards, Passports, Shot Records, etc.) If you are registering an unborn child due before Jan 1, 2019 we must have a note from your doctor with the expected delivery date.
Guardians/Grandparents need custody papers or note from the parents along with the Parents ID and all information listed above.
Please have a list of all clothing/shoe sizes for children with you.
All of the above are required for approval.
If you have previously signed up at an alternate location there is no need to apply again.
If you have applied with another agency’s Christmas program, we will remove you from our list to allow them to serve you.
